Where do sessions take place?

How much does therapy cost?

Individual therapy is £60 for a 50-minute session. A limited number of concessionary places may be available for college or university students over 18, and other circumstances can be considered. Please mention this when you get in touch.

What is Integrative Transactional Analysis?

Integrative Transactional Analysis combines classical TA with relational, attachment-informed, and body-based approaches. It is a collaborative, non-pathologising form of psychotherapy focused on understanding patterns and supporting lasting change. Learn more in the My Approach section.

Do you offer a free first conversation?

Yes. A free 15-minute exploratory call is available for anyone considering therapy, with no obligation. You can request one via the contact form.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice are charged at 50% of the session rate; cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are charged at the full session rate.
